How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Once your order is placed you will be contacted by our customer service staff to arrange a suitable delivery date. As our products are generally made to order,  there may be a 1 – 2 week lead time depending on stock availability at the manufacturer. We will contact you as soon as possible after your order is placed to schedule your delivery and advise of the expected stock arrival timeframe. 

How much does delivery cost? 

All deliveries are charged at $99 and are included at the time of placing your order. If you wish to include removal of an old mattress please advise our staff at the time of scheduling your delivery. Removals are charged at $65 per piece. 

Where do you deliver to? 

At the moment delivery is only offered to physical addresses within Victoria. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.  

What do I need to know prior to my order being delivered? 

Your delivery will be made to the threshold of your premises or inside the front door. If you require assistance to set up a bed base please advise our customer service staff and they will do their best to assist you and work out a solution.
